“So how come you rented the penthouse?” “It’s the best”
(quote from Pretty Woman)
You have to reach the highest part of Siena, the ancient part of the city, and climb two flights of stairs to enter this cozy, just remodelled flat. It consists of a bathroom with a shower and a window, two large bedrooms with double beds, a closet. There is a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living-room that has a loft and a skylight.
The whole flat has a faux (laminated) wood floor. Only in the bathroom restored terracotta tiles are to be found. The living-room has a rafter ceiling.
The flat is bright and sunny and opens onto Siena’s oldest roofs and Southwards, up to Mount Amiata. Although the flat is in the center of the city (about 50 meters from the city Pinacoteca), it stands out-of-the-way, in a very quiet street. The entrance is located in one of the nicest corners in Siena.
The district is lively, with shops, cafés and small, but alluring restaurants.
This is not merely a house for rent; this is my home. Dear guest, I’m sharing with you most of my memories; I hope you will like them and wish you a nice stay.
